Company Policies

A mobile shop fee is required upon our arrival at the customer's location, regardless of whether the job can be performed or not. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information necessary to complete the required work. Furthermore, the customer is obligated to cancel services before our arrival if they no longer require our assistance.

If our services are no longer needed upon our arrival and the customer failed to cancel, a mobile shop fee will still be required.
